Bob Turner, Ed.D.
Dr. Bob Turner brought a varied professional and educational background into the executive search business. With an undergraduate and masters degree in speech pathology, he has worked in public schools, hospital clinic settings and private practice. His initial recruiting, entrepreneurial and consulting experiences were honed and whetted during these years. While developing his private practice in counseling and psychotherapy, he completed his masters in clinical psychology, providing him with excellent training in behavioral interviewing and analysis of personalities.
As Dr. Turner continued growing his practice, he also completed his doctoral degree. This degree had an equal emphasis in psychotherapy and marriage therapy with a minor in psychology, while the other emphasis was in human resources/organizational development & training with a minor in business. This academic background enabled him to expand his practice to include business consulting, while continuing his counseling practice. After some fifteen years in counseling, Dr. Turner then began to devote himself full time to his emerging recruiting and consulting business.
His entrepreneurial spirit led to the successful deployment of North American Recruiting & Consulting, which continues growing. North American and its affiliates provide search and consulting excellence across industries and disciplines throughout the country.

Becky Sheehy
Becky Sheehy earned her degrees in computer science and mathematics. She has served in various technical capacities for software and data firms in the oil and gas industry.
Before migrating to the technical world, Mrs. Sheehy was a financial consultant for a major investment firm serving clients in Houston, Chicago and New York. She was responsible for the active management of a number of accounts, each with assets in excess of several million dollars.

Julie Fender
Julie Fender holds a BBA in marketing from Southwest Texas State University. She brings a decade's worth of experience in leadership, customer service, customer support and research services.
Working in a variety of jobs and industries over the years has given Mrs. Fender insight into the needs of companies, from frontline customer sales and support to mid-level management.

John Travis
Following his graduation from Duke University, John Travis spent three years based in New York as a specialist with a major management and technology consulting firm. His clients included financial institutions and manufacturing concerns in New York, Boston, Philadelphia, Cleveland and San Francisco.
After relocating to Los Angeles, Mr. Travis worked for five years with a top film financier, whose focus was arranging large blocks of tax-advantaged European funds for investment in the Hollywood studio system.
