From the largest metropolitan city to the most critical power plant, our client’s products work behind the scenes maintaining the infrastructure, improving air quality, non-destructively excavating, recycling, cleaning, and maintaining the environment.

At the heart of every product of our client is innovation based on hands-on experience. They make it their business to know the application as well as the engineering and manufacturing of their products. Their staff of engineers, service technicians, and training professionals work hand-in-hand with their customers and local partners to provide personal training, start-up, and aftermarket support.

POSITION SUMMARY

Our Client is seeking a visionary Director of Manufacturing to steer their operations to new heights. Your role will be pivotal, overseeing strategic planning, operational excellence, and team leadership to ensure they surpass production targets while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

You will drive our manufacturing strategies aligned with Our Client’s ambitious company goals. With your guidance, Our Client will implement Continuous Improvement initiatives, setting and achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) that define operational success.

From day-to-day operations to long-term planning, you will optimize efficiency and workflow to meet and exceed customer expectations. Your expertise will ensure Our Client’s equipment and machinery operate at peak performance, delivering results that speak for themselves. Our Client is committed to excellence. You'll enforce stringent quality control standards, collaborating closely with Our Client’s teams to enhance product quality and minimize defects. Your attention to detail will ensure that every product leaving their facility meets the highest industry standards.

Your strategic budget management skills will drive their financial objectives, implementing cost-saving measures without compromising quality or safety. Your decisions will directly impact on Our Client’s bottom line, contributing to their continued growth and success.

You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and logistics, to streamline operations and drive efficiency. Your effective communication with senior management will ensure alignment on production status, challenges, and opportunities.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.

  • An MBA or advanced degree is a plus.

  • You bring a minimum of 10 years of experience in manufacturing, including at least 5 years in a leadership role within the heavy equipment manufacturing industry.

  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities are your hallmark.

  • Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other Continuous Improvement methodologies is essential.
