From the largest metropolitan city to the most critical power plant, our client’s products work behind the scenes maintaining the infrastructure, improving air quality, non-destructively excavating, recycling, cleaning, and maintaining the environment.

At the heart of every product of our client is innovation based on hands-on experience. They make it their business to know the application as well as the engineering and manufacturing of their products. Their staff of engineers, service technicians, and training professionals work hand-in-hand with their customers and local partners to provide personal training, start-up, and aftermarket support.

POSITION SUMMARY

Our Client is looking to hire a Director of Talent Acquisition who can use their prior managerial and talent sourcing experience to lead an office / recruiters, and set the pace of the recruitment program. The successful candidate will handle all job postings, and an array of software’s as well as platforms to find reputable candidates.

Our Client believes that exceptional talent is the cornerstone of success.  Our Client manages an affiliation of Industrial, Real Estate, and Retail companies dedicated to achieving greatness through the people they bring on board.  As they continue to grow, Our Client is seeking a visionary Recruitment Director to lead their talent acquisition efforts.

The Director of Recruitment is responsible for leading and managing the recruitment and talent acquisition efforts of Our Client’s organization.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

As our Recruitment Director, you'll be at the helm of our talent strategy. Your responsibilities will include:

Recruitment Strategy and Team Management

  1. Developing and executing a comprehensive recruitment strategy

  2. Leading a team of passionate recruiters and HR professionals to identify, attract, and retain top-tier talent

  3. Collaborating with senior leadership to align recruitment goals with Our Client’s strategic objectives

  4. Leveraging data and analytics to continuously improve recruitment processes

  5. Cultivating a high-performance workforce that reflects Our Client’s values by setting performance goals and regularly evaluating team members’ performance

  6. Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates

  7. Implement best practices to ensure a diverse and inclusive talent pipeline

  8. Establish relationships with external recruitment firms, universities, and industry networks

  9. Actively recruit for specific roles

Employer Branding and Data Analysis

  1. Develop and maintain Our Client’s employer brand to attract top talent

  2. Build a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

  3. Track and analyze recruitment metrics and KPI’s to assess the effectiveness of recruitment efforts

  4. Use data to make informed decisions and continuously improve recruitment processes

Compliance and Policy Development and Budget Management

  1. Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations

  2. Develop and update recruitment policies and procedures as needed

  3. Manage the recruitment budget, including expenses related to job postings, recruitment tools, and external search firms

Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field

  • Master’s Degree—Preferred

  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and industry trends

  • Proven experience (5-10 years) in recruitment and talent acquisition

  • Proven experience as a recruitment leader in Manufacturing and Industrial Operations

  • Three (3) years in a leadership role

  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills

  • Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

  • Must Be Willing to relocate of Corporate HQ in SE Ohio

COMPENSATION

  • Base Salary is Dependent on Experience

  • Performance Bonus

  • Company Computer, and Phone will be given in addition to the compensation mentioned above
